Cancel subscription

Note

If you cancel your subscription, your team can keep using Skribble until the current billing period ends. After that, we’ll move your team members to the free plan. This way, they can still view their signed documents.

Team, Pro and Scale customers

• Log in to Admin area

• Then click Plan and Billing on the left

• Navigate to Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page

• Click Cancel subscription if you no longer want to use Skribble

• If you change your mind, you can restore your subscription until your billing period ends.

Business and Enterprise customers

• Log in to Admin area

• Then click Billing on the left

• Navigate to Current plan and click the pencil icon

• Click Delete, then Delete Skribble Business to confirm

• If you change your mind, you can revoke the deletion until your billing period ends.
