How To Sign From OneDrive and SharePoint
Signing from OneDrive and SharePoint Online is only available to Skribble Business customers.
Has your admin connected OneDrive for Business with Skribble Business? Then you can sign from OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
To sign a document (video tutorial available here):
Go to OneDrive or SharePoint Online
Right-click on the document you want to sign
Select Skribble Electronic Signature and follow the instructions
You don’t see Skribble Electronic Signature after right-clicking on the document? Please contact your OneDrive admin.
Click Activate and continue with signing
You’ll have to activate signing with Skribble if you’re signing for the first time or if you haven’t signed for a long time.
Log in with your Skribble account
Your Skribble and Microsoft e-mail address must match.
Sign the document or invite others to sign the usual way
After all invited parties have signed the document, the signed copy will be saved next to the original document
Can’t find the signed document next to the original? Look for the folder Signed with Skribble Electronic Signature. It is located in your personal OneDrive.
You can also download signed documents in your Skribble account on my.skribble.com.
